Kent Lorenz
Managing Member
Kent founded PKL Management in 2019 to oversee the construction and management of multifamily developments for its affiliated real estate development company, PKL Ventures LLC. He is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations, including oversight of PKL-owned assets.
Prior to founding PKL Management, Kent served as Director of Finance at A/Z Corporation, a regional construction management firm. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Kent is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
